EP and PP!!!!
What a wonderful birthday week for Callie! We received emigration permission as well as Callie's passport yesterday. Now, we are just waiting for travel clearance. I'm sad to say that I hope it doesn't come too quickly. Our life is so busy that we would have to wait to travel until around May 16th. Travis has finals through May 14th and Jenny has soccer through May 15th. The upside of the wait is giving me time to pack, purchase gifts and anything else we need for Callie's arrival. I just can't wait to hold her close!

Easter weekend
Travis and I went to an 8o's theme birthday party a few weeks ago. I had to attach a picture to give everyone a good laugh.
After getting the great news that our EP had been submitted, we had a great weekend! Travis and I went to Marshall to spend some time with friends. Jenny went to spend the night with her Nana and Pop. When we got home, we unloaded a gun cabinet that Travis made in high school shop. It is nice to have something in the house that he made. It also inspired me to take pictures of the blanket and burp clothes I made for Callie as well as the fantastic paintings my Mom did for Callie's room. On Sunday, Travis had to work, so Jenny and I went to my parent's for Easter. Jenny really enjoyed hunting for eggs this year. I just can't wait for next year with both of my girls!

EP Submitted
It looks like the ball is finally beginning to roll. We still haven't gotten I-600 approval from the U.S., but it looks favorable that will happen soon. We found out today that we were submitted for EP. For those not in the adoption world, EP is Emigration Permission. This will take 4 to 6 weeks. Then we wait on her passport to be issued, another 1 to 2 weeks. Lastly, waiting on the travel call which will take 2 to 4 weeks after the passport is issued. We are praying for travel during the week that Travis is out of school between Spring and Summer semesters. If not, we will just have to see if his professors are willing to let him miss a week.
